In addressing the larger, systemic racism playing out in these violent acts, it helps to ground students in the larger structures and stereotypes and led to the targeting of our AAPI community.
The most viewed Go Fund Me right now is for a 75 year old woman named Xiao Zhen Xie. She was attacked right here in San Francisco and this Go Fund Me was to help pay for her medical bills.
